Andy Souders

CEO OF IkyaData

Andy Souders brings over 35 years of experience as a technology executive and entrepreneur across digital innovation, cybersecurity, and large-scale connected systems.

He has served in senior leadership roles including CEO, CTO, CIO, and CISO, leading organizations through complex data, security, and scaling challenges. Andy has built and grown companies such as Cybrbase, Perceptics, and All Traffic Solutions, where he pioneered the ParkingCloud IoT platform, delivering systems that integrated data across distributed environments and operated reliably at scale.

Earlier in his career, Andy founded Think Next Technologies and held leadership roles at Motorola, AOL, and Savi Technology, contributing to enterprise and government-grade platforms where data consistency, security, and shared understanding were critical to system success.

At IKYAdata, Andy serves on the advisory board, bringing deep expertise in product strategy, cybersecurity, and scalable system design. His experience aligns closely with IKYAdata’s philosophy of meaning before mechanics—advising on platforms that organize enterprise knowledge, enforce semantic clarity, and enable systems and teams to work from a shared understanding rather than fragmented data silos.
